I feel for you, no one likes to have an investment blow up, but we're talking about multiple alleged breaches of the law at your expense. Defending that before the verdict is quite odd.

A bit rusty it seems though, fancy calling it a bit odd to be defending one's investment in a company not found guilty after 3 years of this debacle of a suspension.

We're hardly defending Phil Spector or Harvey Weinstein.
