Not a lot of immediate good news in this FR that anyone could really sink their "CLAWS' into, and with that being said if no special project order comes out of CLAWS for BLG there would be significant SP downside IMHO.
I honestly thought this would progress a little bit faster than it has when I bought in many years ago, I understand this takes time but for me means things may not be all unicorns and rainbows in the background.
I took the specific mention (all be it due diligently) the Material Business Risk specifics could be insurmountable should any one of them occur.
They have six months to change mind.
