I wasn't going to bother responding, but I am curious as to why you think there is significant downside to the SP if no special projects are awarded? They are still in line to get the core funding and have made a lot of progress from the CLAWs contacts and also in the commercial space in Aust, USA and Europe. The qualification process continues( taken too long as you say) with customers not in the DoD space and the quantum computing space has shown significant interest. IMHO, The special projects awarding will significant re-rate the SP but why you see significant downside if they are not awarded?? IMHO, its priced for no projects already at $46m.
