Of course it is to each his/her own opinion, mine is that without a decent CLAWS leg up very soon there will be (IMO) more delay with further potential contracts and without any contracts before the first round of options are due to expire they will be throwing away a great opportunity to cash build before decent contracts are awarded hence my 6 month time frame. Also the longer they take to secure a major contract, the higher the Material Business Risks become a bigger concern.
I hold and I am hoping the best, but continued lengthy delays may compound and lead to their undoing
