I belive there was not any bad news in the report to justify 10% drop.
It seems to me, the price was in the range of 3.2 to 3.8 for a few months and did not follow bearish market hoping to hear a good news. And there was not that good news in the report which market was hoping.
the drop probably is what that should had happened earlier in a month period of time.
