The biochip patents listed in this report, when I look them up , all except the last one has lapsed. They are not listed as pending. Not in itself a drama, since the tech has progressed to the point of filing the latest one. Would have been nice though not to have these discrepancies.
Here's the latest one and the list of names under inventors is interesting! Looks like everyone (almost) is on there. Including Matthew Broome and Martin Fuechsle and Byron Villis. Being nanotechnology, it has probably involved everyone and all have a stake.
