At least we know two items that will be at this AGM. The $1mm approval for share purchase and the new remuneration framework. All I can say is I hope it is heavily based on performance / delivery. That to me was a gap in the previous team, there was no incentive beyond their own share interest (which obviously didn't do much to motivate them) to incentivize performance. Less fixed, more variable.
