I read it that the "Group" means Pact and its subsidiaries. "Group" is defined together with "Company" right at the start of the financial report. It does not refer to the "Pact Claim Group" whatever that is.Presume Pact bought something from TIC subject to a further payment (an earn out) if the profit from the thing bought met certain targets. Pact believes the targets were not achieved and have refused to pay. The lawyers then start to milk the cow.
