Just to add to this IBX has $67m of accumulated losses as at 31 Dec 2024.
So say $62m in shareholders capital has been spent to get to this point (some of that was mine ). Let that sink in $62 million!!...and MR market thinks the whole show is now worth $2.8m. The Convertible Note holders and creditors are owed $5m+ so the position is dire for SH's as CN holders have a charge over all the assets of IBX.
There is barely enough cash in the bank to pay the creditors, so more borrowings will be required or deeply discounted CR...but who would take up new shares given the cash burning ability of this company. Can't see any upside here...
