Based on what was said last year and what's been said this year, the three most important things still haven't been accomplished
- haven't released the updated online platform
- student numbers haven't increased
- the percentage of online lessons is down
CEO 2020 - ... prior to COVID-19, the worldwide tuition market engagement was slower than expected. COVID-19 changed all that!
Chairman 2020 - ...with part of these funds being used to complete the latest iteration of our online software which is compatible with touch screens, tablets and iPads. We are currently testing the software and believe it will be ready for global release early in 2021.
Chairman 2021 - ....the enhanced learning software is expected to be released globally before the end of this calendar year
CEO 2020 We are currently trialling the new online tutoring software. We are working towards a global release early in 2021.
CEO 2021 - ... major development is the release of our upgraded learning software for students, Kip Learn, which we are currently finalising for release to Corporate Centres for testing next month
CEO 2020 - We are committed to our motto that ‘every child can learn, they just have to be taught well’, and we will continue to do this for our current 40,000 students and the thousands who will join Kip McGrath in the future.
CEO 2021 - We are committed to our motto that ‘every child can learn, they just have to be taught well’, and we will continue to do this for our current 40,000 students and the many thousands more who we’ll welcome into the Kip McGrath family in the future
CEO 2020 - Online lessons are at 50% of total lessons.
Chairman 2021 - Online tuition was 40% of overall lessons and will remain a large part of the business
Increased revenue is only coming from buying back existing centres and getting rid of the very people who built the business up over the past 45 years i.e. franchisees
What has everyone been doing given the pay increases?
SP is abysmal and interested buyers are scarce
