Profits they earn before all these "one offs" don't even look appetising any more... any moat they did have has been eroded.

Where's the upside in all this, that they can stop all the customer's from fleeing? That Corum Clear starts to generate some profit in the next couple of years?

That's their entire new Ecommerce strategy? An app that has barely garnered a hundred or so downloads! And that is satisfactory to them...
