yes and most manufacturers are reducing geographical and politics risk by diversifying production locations. However, US companies may lose one of the biggest customer i.e. China and vice versa.
Unfortunately this is a very uncertaint environment. It will impossible to know who win or lose or no winner at all until the end of the journey.
