4.4 million in losses - $35k in revenue. If they didnt get the circa $1.8m R&D tax incentive the figure would have been much worse!!

The Equity Lending Facility section on Page 6 reads like a "shell game IMO as shares and options were shuffled between ELF, directors and shareholders. I applaud anyone who has the patience to work the detail out...

Then you have this lovely chestnut on Page 11..

"Likely developments and expected results of operations
Other than developments described in this report, further information on likely developments in the operations of the consolidated entity
and the expected results of operations have not been included in this report because the directors believe it would be likely to result in
unreasonable prejudice to the consolidated entity."

All in all, a sorry read - IMO it will take a miracle for this company to survive until next year....or maybe another CR and SP consolidation...
