From memory on reading the announcement once, there was a $17M writeoff. Not sure where this comes from, but it may be the result of the troubles with Capri and the subsequent financing deal.

However sales were down which was expected due to lower metal prices.

With estimates of expected sales of $100M over the next year, things should improve; we have heard this before, but I believe it will happen starting next month.
