I would like to know what they are doing to convert sign ups into active accounts. I have an account, it was my first investment account (outside of super). I now have a commsec account and almost use Raiz as lower risk hedge. My commsec account has outperformed RAIZ but that is all thanks to luck (PLS/PDN) rather than any real skill on my behalf. I cant see me ever closing it now given all the new features such as Raiz rewards, Raiz kids etc. The future earnings function also makes it hard to think about cashing out. Seeing the compounding is intoxicating and reinforces saving/deposit behaviour.
I wonder what retention rates of active customers is? It must be high.
