The lack of scaling is the increase in costs is outpacing revenue growth. While there are expected increases in ongoing costs when expanding, the lack of revenue growth is disappointing.
The almost dead stopped growth in Australian accounts is my biggest concern. The SWM marketing campaign is the wrong approach as the target market doesnt watch free-to-air television, couple this with the marketing through social media essentially disappearing - which directly hit the target market - this is concerning.
Also George and Co are getting paid a tremendous amount of money for what appears to be a lacking performance.
This is my opinion.
