I don't think SIV will ever be a big earner for CIW, but given it is a News Corp JV, is pretty important in terms of the doors it may open with News Corp.
The "Significant fully franked dividends" CIW expect to receive from Jasco should find their way to CIW shareholders by way of capital return / special dividend
