Given this I was about to ask, why don't shareholders block rem proposals but looking at the register MAQ, Nine and the Bouris Clan own nearly 60% so unless they fall out with MAQ I suspect this won't happen.

I can't think of any other loss making companies of this size whose founders get paid over $1m in addition to options and ongoing generous share grants.
