I think the initial whole 5 POC trials was a facade simply to unlock the performance shares. Reading the annual report the shares would be issued upon 5 POC trials and other milestones....I dont think these shares have been released yet as there was an addition to the 5 POC trials but I am guessing thats what that was all about....Putting their own interests before the companies. Maybe thats also why Ben wont buy shares on market? He would rather get the free performance shares....
