no..... probably argue that they only held 5% of the tradeable shares, not 5% of the total issued cap, or some other weevilly way to get out of it.
I don't think the Top 2 are JT, but I may be wrong.
His shares are (in Blue Cove), and the rest of the escrowed Lokbox holders, don't show on the Top20s, and never have been disclosed as far as I am aware.
