You could get away with stacking at .003 with recent purchases going through at .004, in the
hopes that it doesn't get sold down that far. But sitting there exposed at .004 with a 10m buy, that
imo is genuine. One major dump from a nervous holder and it gets hit.
Unless of course, you know the SP is only going to go one way....
