Here's my 2c on some of the analysis above. Obviously just my personal opinion and not investment advice so please do your own research.

    1. I get the sense Dean is a one-man show. Aside from the newly appointed CTO, he's responsible for building the new business and conforming with requirements that go along with being a listed entity. This may explain grammatical errors etc. If you've heard him speak (check youtube for interviews) you'll see he's articulate and no dummy. So not an issue for me. Suspect the annual report was rushed out so he could focus on the product launch which is a few weeks away. The new hires should relieve some pressure and allow him to concentrate on building the business. I also suspect he's mindful of preserving cash. The packages offered on Seek were hardly over the top. So he's treating shareholders funds with care and diligence. I'm pretty happy with that.

    2. AI, machine learning, expert systems, statistics - agree it's all the same. IT and marketing folk like to conjure up new names for the same old concepts. I don't really buy into the notion that machines can learn - but expert systems have come a long way and believe this could be a differentiator for an industry that is still grappling with faxes and manual emails.

    3. Agree with your assessment of the old board. The sooner its changed the better in my view.

    4. Regarding Mr Edwards - see point 3

    5. I've held Australian Vintage. Wish I'd bought Treasury Wine instead. Enough said.

    6. Admin costs can and should be reduced by reduced. Again look at point 3.
