a key reason i feel that they took ownership of SDX is that it gives them an existing international distribution network so that when bard1 is ready to roll out its test kits they will already have an operational and logistical headstart in making these available globally. i dont know if this was a good investment as setting there own operations up may have saved a lot of money and avoided carrying costs up until this does happen.. when it happens. lets hope they give as a real idea of where we are at with more frequent updates.
