Its not BD1 I peeved with.
Its the blokes behind the SDX deal.
How on earth did they arrive at the 3 month VWAP to value SDX then double it?
Once the test has been tested....and I can't see SDX adding anything to that as Thermo are doing the work, I reckon once validated I could sell it from the street corner.
There will be companies, like Thermo, running their ruler over BD1 when the time comes.
IMO we didn't need SDX for that to happen.
I am truly fkd off with this deal. Has added nothing but spending.
How did they blow 5 million on the take over?? WTF!!
