@Davyboy, perhaps the distribution networks and complimentary customer base and pathology labs/hospitals that Sienna had were part of the prize that BD1 were chasing? Maybe they are closer or very confident of the Bard1 product being validated soon and ready for commercial use and sale and they really wanted the distribution networks and supply chains put in place as opposed to starting from scratch??..I am sure someone had their reasons. Perhaps bring it up at the AGM?? Let's hope the SP stabilises soon and heads north, as always stay well, keep considering as you raise good points, cheers
