I would suspect that the $21m in the back could be used for two key factors.
1) Additional take-overs to secure further IP
2) Fund for companies onboarding with Spenda acting as debt/loan facility similar to the $2m issued previously
Regardless it is a strong position to be in financially, and I am comfortable no cap raising will be required as a result.
