BottleShock , I don’t think you can read your above statement without taking into consideration the whole picture . What we have recently identified , is that key management and staff have forfeited to amass a gain in company shares . The CEO is willing to part with $200,000 for 8,333,333 shares @ $0.024 , the secretary accepted 2,500,000 shares @ $0.024 and now the sales manager will forfeit $54,000 in lieu of shares , at an unknown price at this point . Now if you consider that these well informed members above know full well privy confidential information that is not at this point complete or released to the market and the importance of having the NOROC options in play , I don’t accept that Tot “had” to take a $54k cut , in fact I think Mr Tot will benefit greatly , especially if company expectations are met .
