My first piece of advice is to believe very little of what is said in Hot Copper on any stock. Some of the shares you now own will undoubtedly perform well over time, and others will fall off the cliff. There is realistically no way of knowing which category a particular share is in. The market is a casino. Over time, however, and by that I mean 5 or 10 years, most portfolios will do well. In the interim there will be bumps in the road.

In the case of Norwood, the performance of the company has been disastrous. There is always a chance that they will land a large contract, but it is a slim one. If you don't need the cash, you could hold on and hope, on the proviso that you are prepared to accept that the shares might prove to be worthless.
