If you read in the report what they are trying to achieve with the virtual assistant , I think they will need to first target businesses , large organisations , government departments , etc , partnerships existing and new may play a role at first before telecommunication companies take the lead roll in the future . Implementation into work platforms such as Microsoft teams may be planned , I don’t know .The Norwood/Amelia platform will be next level above the premium offering for telcos and will have its niche with business and commercial clients , hopefully telcos see the benefits for their clients and implement quicker than other new technologies and products . I have no idea how Norwood and Amelia will finalise an agreement in regards to revenue . Just bring on the cloud telco revolution . GLTAH’s
