I cannot agree. This looks more like a sham from the get-go. The same people running the company then, are running it now. The same people who continue to beg new shareholders for capital, only to make sure as much of it as possible is siphoned off to their own personal bank accounts.

You cannot expect any takeover. If the actual ASX disclosure is this galling, how well run do you actually expect the operations to be? The point is, the BOD don't care about the operations. All they care about is creating an impression something big is in the way, so they can raise more capital.

Personally, I am aghast that this country allows this behaviour to go on for so long.

My expectation on what will happen is the ASX will get notification of charges being laid against AB, EverBlu, CPH and the BOD and force CPH into a TH/suspension. It will never trade again from that point.

You cannot rescue this company, because it is not a legitimate commercial enterprise.
