If the issue here for AFL is a tight labor market, I wonder how quickly this is resolved. Are there a lot of lawyers in training in the pipeline due to hit the market in the next year or so? If the shortage is in experienced lawyers, it doesn't seem like you can 'fix' that, by creating new supply, in any reasonably near timeframe. Engineers, IT staff, accountants you can always bring in skilled immigrants. from overseas. But can you do that for australian family law specialists? Or does this only get resolved with a Keating style 'recession we had to have', to tank overall demand for lawyer services?

In any case, it looks like as some have suggested that some patience is required for this one.
