Hopefully some of the staffing issues will be resolved with the peak of covid being over and declining as we head out of winter, I guess that is not going to help the tight job market, maybe they need to start to try and recruit lawyers from international markets? I don't know how I missed the staffing problems on my first take but I did. I guess as covid slowly resolved and "delayed matters" are brought forward this will improve things going forward.
