So - Tim Wise resigned, and of important note Glen Fozard (long time director of ECT) has resigned - leaving only 3 directors left.

Must've missed the market communications on those resignations...surely they were material and something to tell the ASX?

Cash needed urgently - the irony in the term "race for revenue" is not lost on the shareholders, whom are significantly underwater.

staring at 0.002 SP - will it be yet another consolidation or wind up the company?
