Just typical market announcement trading, buy on rumour sell on fact. At the moment at $5.70 dividend is 35c so 6% on your money. 57c earnings places it at a PE 10 and general PE should be 13 to 16 average. I would expect a bump to min $7 Max $9 in the coming weeks, managers chasing the dividend and franking credits. It's not a growth stock just a consistent earner. The 90 plus leases will be interesting as a good deal could see a big profit upside, with lease/land values falling over the next couple of years this could see a big upside if negotiations are strong in our favour.

I agree. I don't look at this as a growth business but more so I want to see consistent and stable returns.
