Has anyone australian-based given any thought to suing Kobi? This is a pump & dump scheme of epic proportions that is typical of pink-sheet stocks in the US, but it is absolutely unacceptable of a stock listed on a major exchange such as the ASX. If this happened on any other platform in the US apart from pink-sheets, this would be investigated and a court case would happen.
can the shareholders launch an action against Kobi? I am happy to join in, but someone Australian-based needs to take a lead.
