Cashflow positive with $750k profit and market cap of only $2m. Plenty to like here in terms of upside on its current operating business as key markets recover and planned expansions, but with its 40m shares, no debt, no con notes, and $1.5m cash it would be extremely attractive as a shell play.
Either way - very undervalued IMO
