He and his board are looting the company of $8 million dollars in salary payment plus another few millions of share expenses, at the same time broacasting the EBITA.$0.6 mil Ebita out of $35 mil revenue of Aus Contract Manufacturing (The slightly better is the Key diary generating $0.7 mil EBITA out of $11 mil revenue = 6.3% return).
If >20% revenue of $50 million goes to pay the management, how much revenue do we need to generate to start paying us? Unbelievable!
