I have said it before and I will say it again - It is a pleasure to read through the ARB Annual Report. It is just a really good example on how to set out an Annual Report and provide information to shareholders. I am not real concerned about how much ARB will grow revenue and profit in the next year or two, but they are demonstrating that they are thinking ahead for the long term (new warehousing a few years ago, continued R&D, new factory). Management are placing the company in the best position possible for the long term, so let's see where they are in 5 years and 10 years time.

The numbers are great and I just like how management continue to do what they do. I note this bit of information:
"Construction has started on a new 30,000 square metre factory in very close proximity to the existing Thai operations on a site acquired during the financial year. The new factory will increase capacity and facilitate more efficient and streamlined operations in Thailand."

That is larger than their original Thailand factory and they added a warehouse in Thailand just two years ago. Things are really working for them in Thailand and the extra capacity is needed, it seems.

Also worth having a look at the Substantial Shareholders at the end of the report. I am guessing there are at least a couple people on HC that are in the Top 5% of ARB holders.
