Can't agree more.
Short decreased by almost 3.5%(from 6.7 to 3.2) in last 6 weeks. Just 1 % decreased in last 4 weeks. Note this is short position reported untill 11 Aug.
I am confident the short position is less than 2 % now considering last few days massive trading days.
