The CEO is operational not marketing from my perspective - both are significantly required to maintain the share price so further cap rounds do not dilute the crap out of everyone. Possibly need a co-CEO that looks after the home market and pumps the news. I mentioned this before when I had doubts around the CEO being able to lift the share price. We have had sales and the share price back to record lows with at best low end moderate valuation. Wrt to the CEO I do like his operational plan and he has been much more transparent of where things are at - rather than saying it will happen soon with the former CEO. Yet marketing to pump up the valuation of the company would be good for all shareholders. Agree NZ is an emerging success story.
