Provided they have fresh cash on hand to deploy. The challenge is always we want them to be maximising returns so lazy cash is often counter productive to some. Double edged sword.
Looking at their Aug update (gross - listed) seems to indicate ~$40m. I'll presume some of that is profit reserves unable to be tapped.
From memory it is WAM that seems to hold a larger cash buffer for rainy days. So there is a chance they turn that Hoover on and scoop up some 'bargains'.
