The challenge is always we want them to be maximising returns so lazy cash is often counter productive to some. Double edged sword.
Looking at their Aug update (gross - listed) seems to indicate ~$40m. I'll presume some of that is profit reserves unable to be tapped.
From memory it is WAM that seems to hold a larger cash buffer for rainy days. So there is a chance they turn that Hoover on and scoop up some 'bargains'.
