Unfortunately there's only so much flexibility in time frames and good businesses and leaders plan for and manage risks appropriately. I agree with you there are legitimate reasons, as you outlined, for delays; however amendments to these timelines is becoming all too common. Investors and markets do not view this fondly. Hopefully they make their September deadline.
