There's one more quote worth noting... this is from the FY21 Results Release. Looking ahead for the FY22 (yes, this includes FY22 Q1 or Q3 calendar year).
The language used is "will". It's deliberately definitive, as if it's almost done. Perhaps just waiting final touches?
All we have to do is wait. Sounds easy, clearly it's not that easy based on today's share price. Daily price is just volatility (as expected with microcaps) next few years looks very good for this company.
