Ceo and management in all announcements and webinars are the first to state how misunderstood and unfairly valued they believe the company always is. Therefore they won’t mind getting and paying for their shares and options at prices much higher to the fair valuation they believe they should be. Sends a super positive message to shareholders that they believe in not scalping the bottom and are prepared to pay for their options at prices they believe value the company more honestly.
happy to reward all management and ceo with squillions on the back of excellency growth - profits but until then it just sends a terrible message they are piling in at 20 year low prices whilst the rest of us bleed on talked about growth and profits that have not happened.
scrap the reward of options for a year or take them at the 11c cap raise price we were all told would be a great and rewarding price for shareholders.
