I recall a notice lodged indicating ceasing to be a substantial holder earlier on in the year due to the dilution.

Although I can’t recall a substantial holder notice being lodged more recently , as per top 20 holder back above 5% with 5.28 %

And Page 73 states there are no substantial shareholders dated the same day as the top 20
I would have thought the 5.28 qualifies

Have Increased their holdings might explain why the algorithms and bots are in play and share price continues to be manipulated and dragged down
