Cap raise mostly means a discount to the SP. In some cases, it would do the opposite. The most important thing here is if we can cap raise easily should the no votes prevail. The answer is yes. No questions asked.

You should sell before the meeting takes place if you worry about the downside so much because there is not much money to be made from 19c to 21c anyways.
