On the basis of RAP historical share trading price prior to the acquisition announcement (Dated 11/04/2022 9:50 AM AEST Proposed Acquisition of ResApp Health by Pfizer)

At that point in time RAP I believe, was trading low to mid 0.08. It was only after the Pfizer announcement did the trading price numbers climb in correlation to the initial offer price and beyond.

The only thing holding the current price is the offer. Beyond that, if the no vote wins out; we'll be seeing a sharp dip as the CR is already noted as being needed. I understand that some of the LTH are happy to be apart of the CR but it might go to sophisticated and institutional investors who also may only be in it for a short term play.
