If we end up being right back in the mid 20s I think we should commit to at least a modest buyback. M&A, no matter how good you are, is always fraught with on-the-ground execution risk. A buyback at the right price has none of that.
Still think getting rid of Old Peak while increasing the investment in ourselves is a win-win for shareholders. We should offer OP a substantial block buyback.
