Is the direct sales model they keep talking about for software sales or training sales? My understanding was the bulk of the investment was in the software side of the business, yet 15% less revenue in FY22. Can someone remind me what the increased investment on staff has been. If it wasn't for the training side of the business propping them up this would be a disastrous annual report.
